- 1 Package Mini Hot Dogs or Turkey Dogs
- 2 Boxes Corn Muffin Mix (8.5 oz. size)
- Mini Muffin Pans
- Cooking Spray
- Ketchup and Mustard for Dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Prepare cornbread mix according to package. Pour batter into the mini muffin tins - about half full. Gently place a mini hot dog on top of the batter in the center of each muffin cup. You can press the hot dog down just slightly. Bake for approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to sit five minutes. Remove from pan and serve with favorite dipping sauces.
