Materials:
- Styrofoam ball
- tissue paper (ripped into squares)
- foil cupcake wrapper
- ribbon
- glitter
- modge podge
- pom-pom or other decorations
- paintbrush
- paint modge podge all over the Styrofoam ball
- press the tissue paper onto the Styrofoam ball
- paint modge podge all over again
- place into cupcake foil
- sprinkle with glitter
- either hot glue gun or just put on the ribbon and pom-pom (or other decorations)
