Calling all young engineers and tech enthusiasts!
Join us for an exciting robotics workshop hosted by a remarkable local youth robotics team!
Get hands-on experience assembling and programming a robot, guided by the talented Team 289X Blazing Bees. No prior experience is needed, just bring your enthusiasm and creativity!
See below for the robot featured in each workshop. Seats are limited. To give more kids a chance to participate, each child may attend only one workshop. A ticket is required, and tickets will be distributed starting at 10:15 a.m. Participants must be present to receive a ticket.
- May 9th, 2026 - Robot Olympics: Play soccer with a VEX IQ robot! Use teamwork to create medal-winning projects! Go for the gold in the Robot Olympics!
- May 23rd, 2026 - Up and Over: Build and drive a claw robot to lift and move cubes and compete in the Up and Over Challenge.
