Free Open House Nature Learning Center & Pollinator Garden at Central Park

Description

The Nature Learning Center and Pollinator Garden is located at Central Park behind Aqua Adventure. They are open for a free open house day on most Wednesdays from 1 to 4 pm and most Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

• See native mammals and birds that live in Fremont
• Examine creek critters under microscopes
• Learn about your watershed and what you can do to keep it thriving and healthy
• Explore a compost worm bin
• Look for and identify visiting pollintators
• Plant seeds and/or small plants
• Release lady bugs in the garden to help with pest control
