In honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month, please join us at the Newark Library for some family yoga during the month of May.
Practicing yoga helps in reducing stress, easing anxiety and promotes general well-being. This instructor led program will be ideal for a parent/caregiver and child to practice movements together.
Please dress appropriately and bring your own water, yoga mat or a towel.
This event is being offered on multiple Saturdays in May. Each event requires a separate registration. Please register only for days that you will be able to attend.
