Description
This is a Spring "Fun Run" for children of all ages. Laps by age/grade, and 1/4 and 1/2 mile runs for children.

- Prize for every participant who raises $75.00 or more
- Medal for top 3 finishers in each race
- Cash for every FUSD school in the following categories:
- 1-50 participants $100
- 51-100 participants $200
- Over 100 participants $300
- Businesses, community members, and non-profits are invited to bring booths to share information, and resources and have fun activities for kids. email president@fremont-education.org
The focus is to bring a FUN fundraiser celebrating a school year, where returning to school was welcomed and normal activities resumed in a safe way. Students will be encouraged to fundraise on their page by contacting family and friends, much like elementary site school runs. Teams will also be encouraged to add to the fun and fundraising. Check back with FEF later this year for the usual October "Run 4 Education" which includes competitive 5k and 10k runs.
Funds raised go to the FEF Guy Emanuel Scholarship Fund. These funds support elementary school basketball programs, and Junior & Senior highs receive grants that support athletic equipment and supplies. Individual scholarships for secondary students are planned to resume in 22/23.
