Description
Centerville Library is proud to partner with Dykes with Drills this Earth Day to build a new compost and worm bin for our Learning Garden. Whether you are a seasoned builder or just getting started, we are excited to have you join us. We will start the day off by reviewing tool safety for the tools we will be using, then break up into project teams to complete garden projects for the Centerville Library.
This event is outdoors so please come prepared for various weather conditions. AC Library requires face masks be worn on site.
Pre-requisites
- Ages 18+
- Children 6+ allowed with parent/guardian
- No woodworking experience necessary
What to Bring
- Water, snacks & lunch
- Closed-toed shoes, clothes that can get dirty, & face mask. (masks provided if you forget yours)
- Drill, drill bits, measuring tape, speed square & pencil (if you have them)
- Sunscreen, hat & sunglasses
