Teens! Stretch and workout with us.
We will aim to strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, along with proper breathing techniques (30 minutes). We will start our session with introductions and end it with meditation, breathwork and gratitude affirmations (15 minutes)
We ask that you turn your camera on for introductions at the beginning and at the end for meditation, breathwork and gratitude affirmations. You can leave your camera on for the entire duration of the program if you wish.
Please come prepared with comfortable workout attire, towel, yoga mat, water, and a ventilated space.
Note: This class is for teens only. The Zoom meeting link will be sent out Thursday evening, before 5pm.
