They help out as much as they can, and they are ready to help at a moment's notice. I never go into the store without several people asking if they can help me find something. From the minute I walked in, I felt very welcome. The customer service desk was right in front and I was greater by store manager Kyle Smith. He answered all of my questions and then called over the department manager to escort me to the grill section. I had called ahead to verify that the Weber model was in stock, I found out it was the floor model, perfect condition, and ready to go! (I thought for sure I would need to assemble my self).
Matthew, walked me thru the model gave me the info needed to purchase. After purchase I drove to the pickup area, and Elliot helps partially disassemble to that the grill and help me fit it perfectly into my SUV.
This location is huge and is well stocked and easy to find products. I even check in with the electrical products section and the associate was able to answer show my to products that would solve my challenges.
If you are in the Fremont area, this should be your go to place for hardware needs! I live in Sunnyvale and crossed the Bay, and glad that I did.
