I'd like to take a moment to introduce an AWESOME photographer in our area!! This past summer I was lucky enough to be introduced to Tanya Mally Photography through a friend and booked a Playdate Portrait date for my own for kiddos and some friend's kids too! Tanya suggested a local outdoor location and we met her there early in the day where she followed the kids around getting some great, natural shots and many posed photographs as well! As you can imagine it is not easy to get four kids to focus at once and of course, my second youngest (just 22 months old at the time) was NOT in a good mood. Usually full of smiles and wanting her picture taken, she started off not at all interested. Tanya made friends with her and actually got her to cooperate and get some good shots in before turning her loose to take some unposed pictures as well. In the meantime, she took individual shots of all of our other kids and shots of just our older two together as well. We ended up with many precious memories and loved the time and energy that Tanya put into the kids that day, not to mention the amount of work that goes into the pictures AFTER she takes them! Tanya was always professional, courteous and so great at getting the kids to relax! The location she suggested was beautiful, quiet, and uncrowded and allowed for the best photographs!
