This yummy slow cooker recipe is super easy and a family favorite!

What you need:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or colby jack cheese
- 2 cups rice
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 1 can chicken broth
- Cooked bacon (crumbled) or 2.5 oz pack real bacon bits
- Optional: Broccoli, 1 packet ranch seasoning.
What you do:
- In a slow cooker, add shredded cheese, heavy whipping cream, milk, cream of chicken soup, rice, bacon. (If using ranch seasoning, add it now.) Stir to mix. Add chicken breasts.
- Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or until rice is cooked.
- Remove and shred chicken and stir it back in.
- Optional: Stir in cooked broccoli, if desired.
