What you need:
- 1 box brownie mix (18–19 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (use melted butter for richer flavor)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, nuts, etc. (optional)
- 1 tsp flaky or coarse sea salt (optional)
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour until thick dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips, if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- If using, immediately sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool on the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
