Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants

Toasty, warm, and yummy!

Winter calls for quick and easy meal options that also warm the belly. These Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants are perfect any time of day.

What you need:

  • 6 large croissants, sliced in half
  • 12 slices of deli ham
  • 6 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

What you do:

Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread some Dijon mustard on one half of each croissant. Layer two slices of ham and one slice of cheese. and then place the other half of the croissant on top and place on the baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds (if using). Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the croissants.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
