Easy Peach Crumble
Ingredients:
- 6 large fresh peaches - sliced (I never peel my fruit for baked desserts), you can sub two 16 oz cans of peaches, drained, if desired
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375'. Butter an 8x8 baking dish.
- Slice peaches and layer in baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut in butter (I use 2 forks for this) until mixture is coarsely crumbled.
- Sprinkle over peaches and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm. We love it with vanilla ice cream.
