• This deal is redeemable for admission to a specific ticketed event and venue. It has no value once the event date and time has passed. 

To Redeem: 

• After voucher purchase, click on the link The Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience - San Francisco and register as a user. 
• On the plan screen, select the date and time of the session you would like to enjoy, select a ticket quantity of two (2), and click on "get it!" (IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the day/time you are booking matches the option listed on your voucher and that your ticket quantity is TWO)
• Once you enter the checkout screen, you will see the option "Apply voucher", add there the unique 15-Digit Vendor Code (starting with "CKID" listed on the top right of your voucher) by clicking on the "+" button in the top right corner. 
• Select the voucher and you will return to the checkout process, where the total price for both tickets will have been updated to $0. Press "Buy" and that's it! You will then also be able to view the ticket in the "Tickets" section of the app.
• In addition to finding all the detailed information in the app, you will receive a purchase confirmation with the details of the experience.

What You Need to Know:

• CertifiKID vouchers are available for select performances only (not all performances). See complete list above.

• Experience runs 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Age requirement: 16+. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) and you must be 21+ with valid ID to consume alcohol.
• The party takes place at SVN West, a Non Plus Ultra Venue, transformed into a beautiful 1800s royal ballroom. 
• In order for the session to start on time, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
• A variety of drinks will be available to purchase at the experience.
• We encourage our guests to dress up for the ball, but this is not mandatory.
