Of course, when no one wants to visit the hospital for a doctor's appointment or urgent care, one of my kids breaks out in hives and the other wakes up covered in a rash.
What to do? First, a call to our doctor who suggested a few over-the-counter treatment options to help alleviate the hives and the itching. Second, oh, no! I don't want to go inside any store right now! Third, OH! I know!! Walgreens!
My Walgreens is open 24 hours a day and has a drive-thru pharmacy window for pickups! Yes, Walgreens is allowing customers to purchase more than just their prescriptions at the drive-thru window. You can purchase food and toiletries. If they have a line, they may take your "order" and have you drive back around to pick it up, but, that works for me!
This weekend, I picked up what I needed to take care of my kids' skin and also a gallon of milk at the drive-thru pharmacy window at my Walgreens so we wanted to give a huge shout out and say THANK YOU to Walgreens!
Thank you to the cashiers and employees putting themselves on the front line each day greeting us with a smile.
Thank you to the pharmacists for making it easy to pick up our prescriptions and medications 24 hours a day.
Thank you to the warehouse team members helping to stock our Walgreen's shelves!
