My family LOVES pizza, but sometimes I get tired of the same old pie.
So I came up with this pizza casserole -- which gives the kids the taste they love while giving me a break from one more pizza night.
This pizza casserole is also a great way to use up leftover veggies or meat as pizza toppings. My family likes to make a "half-and-half" casserole, as we are a house divided when it comes to pizza toppings. You could also use small ramekin type dishes for everyone to make their own "personal pan casserole."

- Ground beef
Instructions:

- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is heated through.
