Always Dream Park Fremont Review

By Marta Wick December 1, 2017

This was our favorite park when my son was young. This park was sponsored by Kristi Yamaguchi.

This park is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers and children with disabilities. There are different areas with the soft foam surface, as well as astroturf. There are 3 different kinds of swings (baby seats, big bucket seats for handicapped children and standard swings). There is a ramp and slide appropriate for younger children, as well as a sandbox and water play area. And kids love the steel drums and misters.

There are plenty of picnic tables and seats for snacking, most of which are shaded. There is also grass surrounding the playground if you want to bring a blanket. The play areas are not shaded.

Although it is great for small children, there is not a lot of challenge for older kids and the other playgrounds are pretty far away on Lake Elizabeth.

Plenty of parking, however, it does get crowded on summer weekends.

There is a bathroom near the picnic areas behind the park.

Always Dream Park is located at 1301 Stevenson Blvd. in Fremont at the north end of Lake Elizabeth/Central Park.
