Tompkins Tennis Summer 2018

Tompkins Tennis will help your child experience a game-changing summer by improving tennis skills and having fun.

Tompkins Tennis International runs the #1 year-round junior training program on the West Coast. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, with several locations to choose from, Richard Tompkins and his international high-performance coaching staff specialize in teaching tennis to juniors between the ages of 4-18. From learning the fundamentals to competing at a top national level, Tompkins Tennis can meet the needs of every junior tennis player.

Locations: Fremont, San Ramon, Livermore, San Leandro, Pebble Beach (boarding camp), and Monterey - Check website for dates and times at each location.

Year-Round Schedule: August 20, 2018 to June 23, 2019

Summer Schedule: June 4 to August 19

Pebble Beach Weekly Camp Dates: June 17 to July 27

Tompkins Tennis also offers summer evening/Saturday classes (scheduled on a monthly basis). Three days per week required. Two summer sessions: Session 1 June 25 to July 22; Session 2 July 23 to August 19. Please refer to brochure for details.

Summer Tennis Training Designed for beginner through high school players, ages 6-18.

In these intensive sessions, students will be grouped by ability, with each level assigned its own court. We maintain a minimum one coach to six student ratio to ensure high-quality instruction focused on:

  • Drilling
  • Stroke Technique
  • Footwork, Balance, and Agility Drills
  • Video Analysis
  • Friday Davis Cup Team Matchplay
Competitive Junior Tennis Program (Must be USTA ranked top 100 in Norcal and tryout required.)
