Mighty Mom Smoothie
1 cup Greek nonfat plain yogurt
2 cups frozen mixed fruit
2-1/2 cups skim milk
1 cup chopped fresh kale
1 cup frozen spinach
1 peeled, chopped kiwi
2 T chopped fresh mint
2 T honey
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
As you're adding the fruits and vegetables, be sure to add enough milk as you go along so that it blends well.
Adjust to your liking, and to the ability of your blender.
