This year Earth Day is Sunday, April 22, 2012 and there are some local retailers offering some nice freebies!

Origins is offering a trade-in deal on Earth Day. Fill out this form and take it to any Origins store (Macy's at NewPark) along with a empty or full skin-care cosmetic bottle and receive a free full size moisturizer!

Free Entrance Into National Parks All Week  Go out to almost 400 national parks this week (April 21-29) and you don’t have to pay an entrance fee. Check with each national park as well because there are many free events happening this week. 

Pottery Barn Kids Stop into a nearby store on Saturday and Sunday (April 21-22, 2012) and pick up a free packet of sunflower seeds from Pottery Barn Kids and National Geographic. 

The Disney Store will be giving away free reusable shopping bags on April 22, 2012 when you bring 5 plastic shopping bags into the store. Quantities are limited.

Target is giving away a limited number of free reusable bags in stores near the guest service desk, April 22, 2012. Limit one bag per person. (And they credit you 5 cents for every bag - platic, paper, reusable, whatever - that you bring in to use on your current purchase, every day!)
